Cancellation Policy

Need to make changes or cancel your order? No problem!
You have 24 hours from placing your order to request changes or a cancellation.
After 24 hours, your order may already be processing, and we might not be able to stop it.

If you successfully cancel within the 24-hour window, your refund will be processed within 7 business days.

Damaged Items

We take great care in packing our products safely.
If your item arrives physically broken or defective, please let us know within 72 hours of delivery!

To report a damaged item:

We’ll review and determine if you're eligible for a free replacement.
Please note: Damaged packaging alone (like a dented box) with a product in perfect condition is not considered a damaged item. We also do not refund, replace, or accept returns for items damaged through normal use, wear and tear, or misuse.

Shipping and Delivery

While we work hard to get your order to you quickly, sometimes shipping delays happen that are outside of our control (due to couriers, customs, weather, etc.).

If there’s an issue with delivery, please contact the courier first for assistance.
We are not responsible for packages that are lost, stolen, or delayed after they leave our warehouse.

Incorrect Shipping Address

If there’s a mistake and we aren't notified within 24 hours of placing your order, we won't be able to reship or refund it.
